From October 2025 through May 2026, you'll partake in 16 intensive sessions – 2x per month – that are designed to transform passionate believers like yourself into equipped and emboldened leaders who change communities at Meta Church and beyond.

These 16 sessions cover a variety of subjects such as Identity, Apologetics, Gifts, Discipline, Leadership, Communication, and many more! The course load is broken down into three distinct parts:

FOUNDATIONS → Discover why the Church matters and who God created you to be
EQUIPPING → Develop the character and skills that make leaders unstoppable
LAUNCHING → Step into your calling with confidence and clarity

The Academy curriculum is divided into three different, sequential capsules: Foundation, Equipping, and Launching. Each Academy night will feature two teaching sessions that incorporates a mix of teaching, interactive collaborative work, and practical application.

The Academy fee includes your Fire Starter registration fee and covers the costs of renting an additional venue for Academy sessions, a separate Academy-only weekend retreat, materials, and teaching preparation.

Yes! We don't want finances to be a hindrance, so if Academy is the right next step for you we will work with you to put together an appropriate financial plan.
