Join our Vicinity Impact Team on Saturday, June 1st, as we partner with Young Life Upper East Side to host a Pickleball Fundraiser to raise money and help cover the cost for Middle and High School students to attend summer camp!
If you don’t know, Young Life is a Christian organization inviting young people to experience life as God designed it to be lived. One of the most crucial ways Young Life seeks to fulfill this mission is by taking Middle and High School students to summer camp where students are invited to connect with, and follow, Jesus in a fun, unique, and completely different environment then their home setting. Unfortunately, not every student or family is able to afford the cost of camp.
That’s where we can step in and make a difference through this Pickleball Fundraiser! The goal is to help offset the costs of camp for as many students as possible, that way EVERY kid that wants to go to camp can!
There are two ways you can help:
- You can sign up to SERVE with our Vicinity Impact Team on June 1st by completing the form below. We’ll need people to help set up, manage registration, facilitate the game schedules, sell/provide concessions, and a few more roles.
- You can sign up to PLAY pickleball on the Young Life website and make the $30 required donation. All proceeds from the day will go directly to provide scholarships for students on the Upper East Side.
